We provide comprehensive cancer services to meet each patient’s individual needs. Through advanced technology, programs and services, and with decades of experience in treating cancer, we work in collaboration with every patient to help them beat their disease.
The Terrebonne General | Mary Bird Perkins 癌症中心 has grown and evolved to meet the needs of the community, but its mission has remained the same: to improve survivorship and lessen the burden of cancer. This mission is especially important in Louisiana – a state that suffers from high cancer mortality rates due to lack of access to care, delayed diagnosis, and other factors.
As a comprehensive cancer facility, our 癌症中心 provides the full spectrum of cancer care – from prevention and early detection to diagnosis, 治疗, 复苏, and survivorship. Those who meet the criteria to participate in clinical research receive a standard of care 治疗, but with the added benefit of a trial that may enhance their outcomes.

Our 癌症中心 offers free cancer screenings, community 教育, and support opportunities for cancer patients throughout the year. Residents of the Bayou Region can also get free cancer screenings through the Prevention on the Go, a mobile medical clinic that helps bring early detection to the uninsured at convenient times and locations.
